1. Overview
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses offered by Mmk121. They apply to every promotion, no-deposit bonus, welcome package, free spins, and any other bonus product unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer.
2. Balances and Bonus Availability
Each player has two balances: a real (cash) balance and a bonus balance. Any bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance. Bonus availability is shown within the player's profile and may vary by promotion or jurisdiction. If a bonus is not intended for a player, it shall not be displayed or allocated.
3. Eligible Promotions and No-Deposit Offers
Promotional bonuses and no-deposit offers may be restricted by country, age, or other eligibility criteria. Players from restricted jurisdictions or using ineligible accounts may be refused bonuses. No-deposit bonuses may be forfeited upon withdrawal or for other breaches of these terms, and all winnings from such bonuses may be limited or voided if the promotion is deemed ineligible for the player.
4. Welcome Gifts and Deposit Promotions
To claim a Welcome package or deposit-based promotion, the player must meet the stated minimum deposit requirement, activate the offer in the designated area of the account (e.g., a “Bonuses” or “Panel” section), and complete the deposit. Once activated, the bonus is transferred to the bonus balance and may be used according to the promotion’s rules. If the player elects to cancel or forfeit the bonus, all winnings earned with that bonus, and the bonus itself, may be removed from the account.
5. Wagering Requirements and Bonus Contributions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. The standard wagering multiplier is disclosed with each offer and may vary by promotion. Game contribution to wagering is set as follows, unless stated otherwise in the offer: slots generally contribute 100%; table games and other non-slot games contribute at reduced rates; some games and live dealer products may be excluded from wagering. Winnings derived from wagers funded partly by bonus and partly by real balance are distributed proportionally to each balance as wagers are settled.
6. Expiry, Withdrawals, and Forfeiture
Bonuses generally expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. For example, deposit bonuses may remain valid for a defined number of days, while free spins may have a shorter active window. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. If a withdrawal request is made before fulfilling the wagering conditions, the bonus funds and any corresponding bonus winnings may be forfeited. When proceeding to withdrawal, real balance funds are used first, with bonus balances drawn down thereafter.
7. Maximum Bets During Bonus Activity
During the wagering of a bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per round is restricted to the amount stated in the promotion. Exceeding the maximum bet or performing prohibited betting activity during bonus wagering may lead to disqualification of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account limitations or closure at the sole discretion of Mmk121.
8. Country Restrictions and Eligibility
Some countries may be ineligible for certain bonuses or promotions. It is the player’s responsibility to verify eligibility in their jurisdiction. Mmk121 reserves the right to determine eligibility and to adjust, suspend, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
9. Bonus Abuse, Fraud, and Multiple Accounts
Any conduct deemed to abuse bonuses, misrepresent identity, or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of acquiring bonuses may lead to forfeiture of bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and permanent account closure. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic manipulation of wagering patterns, delaying or postponing bonus rounds, or exploiting software bugs. All promotions are discretionary and administered at the sole discretion of Mmk121.
10. Verification and Documentation (KYC)
Mmk121 may require verification documents before processing withdrawal requests or when determining eligibility for bonuses. Acceptable documents may include: government-issued ID, proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and a selfie holding the ID. If deposits are made via card, front and back images of the card or screenshots of the card details section may be requested. All documents are handled in accordance with our privacy policy and AML/KYC requirements.
11. Changes, Modifications, and Governing Rules
Mmk121 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program, terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice. The English version of these terms governs all interpretations; should discrepancies arise between language versions, the English version prevails. Any disputes will be resolved by Mmk121 administration in its sole discretion.
