Overview and Agreement
These betting rules govern all wagers placed with Mmk121 and form part of the overarching Terms and Conditions for wagering services. By opening and maintaining a betting account with Mmk121 you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules. Capitalised terms used herein have the meanings assigned in the general Terms and Conditions of Mmk121.
Bet Acceptance and Eligibility
Bets are accepted online through the Mmk121 platform. Bets placed by any other means are not accepted and will be void. The minimum bet is 0.50 USD. The maximum bet per event is defined in the current market line and may be changed without notice. The operator may refuse the whole or any part of a bet at its sole discretion and may offer an alternative price or stake. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. Bets on non live events are accepted until the earlier of the advertised start time of the event or its actual start time. Live bets may be accepted after the start of the event in accordance with the live markets rules. The operator may void or cancel bets prior to the start of the event if the listed market is incorrect or if a participant is disqualified or otherwise ineligible.
Settlement and Price Adjustments
All settlements are based on decimal odds. The operator may correct obvious input errors in odds and may apply revised odds for final settlement on pre live betting. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known or after a participant has gained a material advantage may be void. The operator may void bets if there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised or match fixing is suspected. Settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation where necessary. Winnings are credited to the customer’s account following confirmation of the final result and in accordance with the official scoresheet.
Live Betting Rules
Live bets are accepted in the live betting section as events unfold. Live odds are updated in real time and may move up or down. Bets on participants not taking part in a live bet are void. Bets that are determined during live play are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed. Claims for live bets must be made within 24 hours of the event start. If an event is interrupted or not completed within 48 hours, unsettled live bets will be settled according to the live market rules applicable at the time of interruption. If the outcome cannot be verified, the applicable coefficient may be set to 1.00. Where a game format changes during the event, bets on affected markets may be settled with 1.00 odds for the altered context. Overtime is included in live outcomes unless stated otherwise.
Types of Bets
- Single A single bet on one selection within a single event. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the decimal odds. Bets are settled on confirmation of the result.
- Express A combined bet on two or more selections across different events. All selections must win to receive a return. The total odds are the product of the individual odds for each selection.
- System A bundled set of express bets allowing combinations such as two out of three or three out of six. The stake is divided among the component express bets, and partial winnings are payable if the required number of selections wins. All events in a System bet must be placed to receive the full possible winnings.
- Live Bets Bets placed during the course of an event in accordance with live market rules specified above. Settlement follows live results and official confirmation.
- Interval Markets Bets on events occurring within a defined time interval are settled according to the scores or events within that interval, per sport specific guidelines.
Bet Limits
The minimum bet for all events is 0.50 USD. The maximum bet per event is defined in the current line and may be altered without prior notice. Mmk121 may impose additional limits for individual events or markets and may decline or cancel bets on identical outcomes or closely related selections. These limits apply without requiring further explanation.
Cashout
Cashout is available as an early settlement option for selected single and combo bets. The cashout feature may not be offered for certain events or markets due to technical or broadcast constraints. Cashout is accessible to registered users via the bet history or coupon sections. Mmk121 may suspend or revoke a cashout option in circumstances such as incorrect scores, broadcasting issues, or other technical failures.
Abandonments, Postponements and Cancellations
If an event is postponed or abandoned, open bets may be settled according to the final result if the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time. If the event is not completed within 24 hours, unresolved bets are typically void. Changes in schedule to accommodate broadcasting or fixture congestion do not in themselves constitute postponement. Markets that are already determined at the time of abandonment will stand. If the venue or format changes in a manner that affects markets, Mmk121 reserves the right to void related bets.
Integrity and Fraud Prevention
Mmk121 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings if there is evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised or match fixing has occurred. Bets placed in a manner that suggests manipulation or fraud across any wagering channel may be voided. All betting activity may be monitored for unusual patterns, and authorities or governing bodies may be consulted as required by law.
Compliance and Verification
The operator maintains AML and KYC policies in line with applicable regulations. Customers may be required to verify identity and provide documentation prior to payout or at other times as part of regulatory obligations. Payouts and account modifications are subject to verification procedures. Mmk121 commits to responsible gambling practices and offers tools to manage betting activity and exposure.
